I was recommended to Dr. Setareh Vistamehr for a second opinion. She recommended a more aggressive treatment for Glaucoma in my left eye. I found her to be extremely competent, kind, understanding and professional. I felt confident that her professional recommendations were the best available. I highly recommend Dr. Vistamehr.
I was referred to Dr. Vistamehr by a friend who was her patient. I had noticed that my vision was deteriorating three years after cataract surgery that had been performed on my eyes by another doctor. Dr. Vistamehr diagnosed the problem quickly and explained to me what was to be done to correct it. Dr. Vistamehr has a very soft voice that, because of my age, I have trouble hearing through her mask. She is a very caring doctor who I would highly recommend.
Dr. Setarch Vistamejr has been treating me since 2017, initially for retinal tears. I highly reccmmend Dr Vistamehr. As an Ophthalmologist and Vitrecoretinal Specialist, she exhibited outstanding knowledge in these areas. My optometrist referred me to Dr Vistamehr. I have no doubt about her training and qualifications. She talked really fast and told me I needed this treatment and that treatment. Most of the times, I had no idea what she was talking about because she never took the time to explain things in a way I can understand. My major issue with her is that she freaked out twice when I was being treated at her office. One of those times, she had laser in her hand, fixing something in my eye. Dr. Vistamehr is a highly professional ophthalmologist. She Is very kind and caring and very detail oriented. Her staff is very friendly and helpful and appointments generally run on time, which usually never seems to happen with other doctors. I have recommended friends to Dr. Vistamehr over the years and they all think very highly of her also. Dr. Vistamehr is just wonderful!
Recently I moved to Maryland and had to find a new Opthalmologist. After searching online I found Dr Vistamehr. Her reviews were stellar, so I decided to make an appointment with her. She is amazing! I don't remember having such a thorough eye exam. She found a tear in my retina and corrected it before I knew I had a problem.
