Repeated procedures unnecessarily. Incompetent assistants. Over biled medicate insurance.. Refused to give me a copy of my prescription for eye glasses.

Prescribing glasses are not part of the care a retina specialist offer. As a subspecialist treating patients with chronic retina conditions, we need to obtain imaging scans and may need to repeat them over time to assess disease progression or response to treatment like OCT in macular degeneration or diabetic retinopathy. Our assistant go through extensive training to assure competence. Medicare has a fee schedule and you can not over bill , please call billing office to clarify any question
I strongly recommend Dr. Vistamehr, very knowledgeable, caring, patient and spend a very good amount of time with the patient.
Dr. Vistamehr saved my life. Found eye cancer that other eye doctors missed. I can't say enough good things about her.
