This was my first service appt since I bought this house. Alan was so helpful, explaining the system to me. Service One did a great job but I had to drop them due to their awful contract payment system and they would rather lose a customer than a few dollars. I used their payment gateway to setup payments which, for some reason, stops working after a year. The problem is that they don't bother to notify the customer that payments are no longer being drafted and it takes them 6 - 7 months to finally call the customer and notify them.
