I had a great experience with Service One installing a new water heater. Kim was very helpful keeping in touch with me as we were setting up the appointment. Brian was the installer and he went above and beyond after he noticed an issue with a water pressure valve(?). He was there quite a bit longer than planned, and they had to bring in another person to help fix it. Really appreciate that they were determined to see the job done right. My shower no longer runs out of hot water before I’m done!

I’m a home warranty customer and have always been happy with their work. Today I replaced furnace and ac and the team did a great job. Very friendly but professional, cleaned everything up better than how they found it, and explained all their work to me. Great financing options as well with very competitive interest rates.
They were scheduled for next week but due to a cancellation came out today. Friendly and knowledgeable technician who gave us many helpful tips. Would highly recommend.
