Completed the annual heater service. Very professional work ethic and the technician showed when they when scheduled, with a 20 minute call ahead. Service One is the best!!! I highly recommend!!

Extremely disappointed, I have been a customer since Piccolos. Never again. Customer Service staff was not helpful at all to resolve the simple request of having the service tech (Jacob) return and finish his job. I have an annual service agreement I pay for monthly. I will cancel and go with a company I can trust to do their job. The customer service rep. told me I should do the AC cleaning myself with a hose. We had Service One come out at the end of October to check our furnace and to check the service plan for all appliances. The tech came and inspected our furnace for about 5 minutes and told us that the heat exchanger was cracked and quoted us approximately 1400 dollars to be repaired. He showed us a picture of our cracked heat exchanger on his phone, so we asked if he would take us and show us and said no because then he would have to charge us another fee to show us. Alan did a fantastic job not only fixing our furnace in a timely manner but he also answered all our questions and showed us how to clean the water panel area for the humidifier. After fixing the furnace he did a maintenance check of the system. The humidifier needed help. Over the many years we've had several service calls/maintenance checks and Alan was the first to mention maintenance of the humidifier We really appreciate how thorough he was.
