Service One replaced our garbage disposal. The service person was running late from a previous job so they called to let us know he would be a little bit delayed which I appreciated. They always call to say they are on their way. The garbage disposal was replaced quickly and professionally.
Chris from Service One was here to work on our clogged bathroom sink. He was excellent!! Hard working, determined and professional. I commend Chris on his work ethic!
We have been with ServiceOne for almost 20 years. They have done a great job on warranty work. We also use them for major systems--HVAC and water heater in our prior home; geothermal, water heater and. backup generator in our current home. They always do quality work, and they correct anything that needs correction. I highly recommend ServiceOne for warranty service and for new installation.
I have been with Service One for 15 years. Staff (Randy) are professional and courteous. Twice, they have been called to come during a very cold winters night to repair a furnace. Their service plan is reasonable and a must!
Our service man let me know when he'd be here. He checked everything and answered any questions that I had.
