My air conditioner quit working. I called Service One and was scheduled for the following day. Alan showed up and went right to work. He was very respectful of me and my property. He quickly determined the problem and fixed it! He was very thorough in explaining the problem and how to avoid having it again. I'm very pleased with the outcome!
ServiceOne came out today and the team that came out did a stellar job and were finished before the estimated time of 5hrs. Each member of the team was very knowledgeable and educated me on my new AC Unit and how it performs with the furnace. They even assisted me with having the airflow more efficiently throughout the home and which vents to close/leave open slightly to balance out cooling the entire house. If you are wondering who to use for any home service/repair, hands down, it's ServiceOne in my opinion.

Alan arrived promptly this morning and was very professional, courteous and knowledgeable. Knew exactly what was going on with my AC Unit and what needed to be done as well as passesd along his knowledge in regards to why my AC wasn't working and steps to get my fan to flow and what air filter to use (btw, using air filters that claim to remove allergens etc and have a high rating to do more damage to your furnace than good). I would highly recommend Alan & ServiceOne.

The technician, Israel, identified the issue with the air conditioner very quickly and submitted the order for the part. When I called the installation dept the next day Joleen was extremely helpful in getting the work scheduled quickly. My elderly parents live in the house and I was very concerned about the heat. Service One was extremely helpful in getting the repair scheduled quickly. I highly recommend them.
