Poor customer service. I spoke with Alicia on August 11 regarding an exorbitant bid and charge. $600 for two technicians for one hour to replace a valve. She told me she would talk to Marty and call me back the next day. That was over a week ago. Have not heard from her. Catherine ******
They have always gotten the job done, even when very complicated. Technicians have always been very nice. Larry, HVAC tech has been here several times and was very nice.

I was very happy with the service and our air conditioning is fixed. My only complaint was that I was told the service person would be at our home between 8:00-am-12:00 pm. I know repairs sometimes take longer but it would have been appreciated to have a text or a phone call to communicate the delay. The repair person came at 4:00 and was able to fix the problem quickly.
