Not very happy with Service One. I moved into my house in the middle of November 2020. I have had an appliance and a water heater go out since I moved in. When I called they told me they could not help me because it was the weekend. When I tried to reach my rep that I dealt with when I paid for my service for one year. The plumber Service One sent out is very knowledgeable and efficient. He repaired everything quickly and answered all my questions.

Fred did an amazing job fixing the problem with our noisy dryer. He has been professional and responsive on multiple service calls over the past few years. Always available and quick to answer questions. The service reps are clear and concise and eager to get help to you ASAP. We have yet to have a rude or unhelpful tech - In fact a majority of the techs sent out have gone above and beyond. When we first bought our 100+ year old home the dryer stopped working (it's pretty old too ;) the first tech suggested we buy a new dryer whereas the second one suggested we just fix the sturdy one we have - he rebuilt the motor and the machine will run longer and stronger than the newer ver... read more
