Basic Install for any professional. Not these people. Gave them open easy access to all areas. First Issue, they said they did not "like" my choice of product they were asked AND PAID to install. "Not like" should not be your problem. Second Issue, how they installed the new - Pulled existing item, left existing sealant on deck - did not bother to clean, did not center item on deck, tightened down NEW over all OLD sealant, left it unclean. In the last few weeks I had Service One replace two toilets in my house. Kevin, I'm pretty sure that was his name, did a great job, and I would feel comfortable recommending them, and him, for any necessary plumbing work.
I just had Service One do a humidifier repair. We have been very satisfied with Service One for 25+ years. Larry came today and completed the job. I was very happy again with their upkeep on our home.
