Truly a 5 Star Company. Within minutes of my explaination of the heating unit issues he diagnosed the problem and fixed what a "not so good" heating company wired incorrectly. He was respectful, listened well to my concerns and fully explained what he was doing at all times. Customer Service is obviously their # 1 Value.

Without having heat for 24 hours and expecting 32* for the night, I knew I needed to call for help. Of course, I called after hours and just in time. There was still someone, forgot his name, at the office and sent a technician out. Brandon Jonas arrived and after trouble shooting various posibilities, I GOT HEAT! Brandon was awesome! Had my heating system checked for fall maintenance by Service First. My technicaina was Brandon Jonas who did a first rate job. He not only thououghly checked everything but he took the time to explain what he was doing and things I could do to prolong the life of the system and ensure it continued to run smoothly. I was impressed with the service and would recommend this company to anyone interested in having their system checked and maintained.

Brandon Jonas, the technician for Service First came to my home and serviced both a/c and heating systems. He arrived on time, which was a surprise based on my experience with other companies. Brandon was courteous and professional in his actions and appearance. He took extra care to protect our flooring. He did an excellent job and offered so suggestions for making our unit last longer. I would recommend Service First to anyone. I will be using their service in the future.

This is the first time I have spent money on AC equipment and felt I got every penny's worth. Everything from the unit to the installation was top notch, the service personnel are in clean uniforms and are professional to a "T". Brandon is knowledgeable and explains everything well, spending lots of time to make sure you understand everything you need to know before and after the sale. I would recommend Service First to anyone for any type of heating/ or ac service or equipment. They do what they say and follow up.

Brandon Jonas, the representive for Service First came to my house to do a yearly check. I found Brandon to be a very pleasant young man. He was very clean and was here on time. He serviced the furnace and checked the air conditioner. We discussed the guardian air purification system. Brandon was very knowledgeable and he was NOT a hard sell person. Great and Professional Service. David was awesome and very helpful. I highly recommend David. He replaced and installed new coil on 09/23/ 09. Fr; A.D.Gutierrez 10/27/09 After calling about three local a/c companies within two months and made appointments with them to come service our a/c and never showed up, no courtesy call as to why, I finally call SERVICE FIRST and made an appointment for a/c service, they showed up and performed the routine service, and was very satisfied with their work and knowledge. Would recommend everybody to call SERVICE FIRST for their a/c service and maintanence.
