I called Service First to repair my AC. They sent David to diagnose to my system. David was very professional and courteous. He covered his shoes every time he entered the house. He repaired the leak, ensured everything was working properly and to my satisfaction. He clean the area he was working, swept around the AC unit. The job was done like a true professional. Thanks to David, my family and guest will have a nice cool Thanksgiving.

I just want to say that David did wonderful job of servicing both my AC and Heat unit. This is my second using Service First and David has done an excellent both times. The price is very reasonable. Thank you David for being honest and answering my questions that had my service.

To whom it may concern: I just wanted someone to know that I really appreciate the work that Service First has done at my house. I bought a new AC and furnace about a month ago. There have been some issues but your company has quickly reacted to and resolved all of them. They stayed until the wee hours to install a new system at a time when it was really hot. My air conditioner stopped working last night. I called Service First at approximately 0700 today. The Technician ( David) showed up in the time frame stated, with a call from the company to tell me he was on his way. David is a very pleasant young man but most important he was efficient and knowledgeable. The service was excellent and the tech David was really kind and knowledgable. They responded very quickly!! He was very considerate and even used protective slippers so he wouldnt track dirt inside my house... not most repair guys ever even consider this!! :) Thanks for coming out on Labor Day!!!

After waiting for over 13 hours for Airtron to come to my house I gave up and called Service First. Omar was at my house less than an hour after I called!! He was very professional and very courteous. I should've called Service First - FIRST! :) I will know better next time. Thank you Omar and Service First!

When the service tech from Service First came out the 1st two times we thought they knew what they were doing and were going to fix our AC. However after they charged us for their services and still didn't fix the problem we called them a 3rd time and asked for a new appointment. The person on the phone Johnny told us that we would need a new Air Handler (even though he had not yet been back out to the house to diagnose the problem and the previous two times the technician came out hadn't mentioned needing a new air handler)... read more

Sirs: Please feel free to use or post this testimonial at your discretion. My wife and I highly recommend your services. Our a/c died Saturday night about 10 pm. We got thru the night with a fan, sleeping in 85 degree temperatures. Called about 7:30 am and were told that a tech would be available between 2 and 4 pm.
