These guys are amazing efficient and dependable ! Lost my air on 4th of July had to wait for the leasing company to get back to ...finally the home owner did and he called these guys and they were here on time !! Air was fixed in no time at all and I finally had a great night sleep HIGHLY RECOMMEND THESE GUYS!!!!

Service First a great and respectable company, highly recommend it. I recently bought new home and they did a wonderful and extravagant job designining the AC for my house. Thanks Mark for doing such a wonderful job on my new AC. With the weather we have here in San Antonio, AC is a necessity and it is working wonderfully. My A/C went out on 3 Jul @ 2230. I had family and friends in town and a pregnant wife in the house. I waited over an hour for a call back a different company and while waiting called Service First. Before I could call the other company back Service First had someone on their way over to my house. Jaime was a very professional and knowledgeable technician. My A/C went out July 4 weekend and I called them at 9:30 Saturday night. To my amazement they sent over a repair technician within 3 hours, and I live in the Hill Country between New Braunfels and San Marcos! Omar was very professional and fixed the problem immediately! I would recommend them to anybody! Brrr - it's cold in here now, I'm going to need a sweater!!!

This is by far the best a/c company I have ever done business with! We couldn't get anyone else out to our house at around 9pm at night, even companies that advertised 24/7 were not able to come out. However, when we called Service First at 10:01pm, we spoke to a very pleasant gentleman and he immediately said, no problem, I have Jamie available right now and I will send him out and have your a/c up and cooling tonight! I would recommend these guys to anyone! I recently had a problem at my rental home and Omar came out at 10:30 p.m. He identified the problem and took care of it in a timel manner. Omar was very knowledgeable, nice, and had a great work ethic. I recently referred my mom to them and she has nothing but great things to say about these guys. Keep up the great work! We need more companies like you guys.

I recently used Service First Air for the first time. I highly reccomend them. Their prices are reasonable and their techs were very professional. I had the pleasure to meet Omar and David. both were really concerned about my air conditioning problem. They explained everything to me and went about their work quickly and professionally.They left no mess at all and went above and beyond to make sure I was satisfied.

Well the A/C started not cooling adequately and by the weekend it was freezing up at night. Now it is Memorial Day and the house is a bit toasty. I searched the net and found all the many good reviews for Service First Air Conditioning. Gave them a call and David the technician was at my door step within 2 hours.
