I had my first experience with Service First Air Conditioning yesterday and was impressed. Their technician David was very professional and a pleasure to work with, taking great care as he worked and thoroughly explaining to me what he was doing. I have used several other local AC companies in the past and have been disappointed each time, so it was really nice to have such a good experience with David and Service First. I also lucked out and got a same-day appointment to top it off. I highly recommend this company!

My A/C went out over the weekend. Saturday night we were miserible. Sunday came and I couldn't figure out what was wrong on my own - fuse boxes, etc. Checked yellowpages.com and saw lots of high reviews for this company. Called them and they were willing to come out on a Sunday afternoon (I later learned they are a 24-Hour company). Technician came over; he was friendly, courteous, and wore plastic shoe covers, "booties," over his boots. We noticed our indoor unit leaking water on Saturday afternoon. We called Service First and they showed up a couple hours later. The technician, Jack, was prompt, professional and very knowledgeable. We were very impressed with the service and would definitely use them again. I would not hesitate to recommend them to others. They live up to their name.

after making, several calls to different companies and getting voice mails, I contacted Service First I spoke to a live representive and explain the problem we were having with our unit, being without our air made it very diffcult due to the hot days. Thanks for fixing our AC unit! The service man you sent lived up to your name--he put service first! His name is David, and he was professional yet friendly; courteous; and certainly is an expert in his field. Had a new system installed and we're very pleased. The technicians were excellent, very careful to protect our carpets and flooring. We would recommend Service First to anyone wanting a new system and quality work......the technicians were really great!

I HIGHLY RECOMMEND THIS COMPANY TO ANYONE THAT HAS AN ISSUE! We have dealt with Service First A/C in the past and on both occassions they were extremely knowledgable and courteous. Especially this time with our service technician David. He helped us when it counted most. We got home Friday late afternoon and the A/C was out. Service First was the only compnay I called that guareenteed they would come out that night. David got there around 9:30 and was as nice, neat, and helpful as could be. He was patient, figured out our problem and got it fixed.

I just wanted to say that this business was very professional and honest. We woke up on a saturday morning to our ac running, but not blowing cool air. We immediately tried to find someone to come out and look @ our unit. Others I called couldn't be here until the afternoon, but Service First came out w/i an hour. David came to our home and was honest w/ us about what it was we needed. He didn't try to push other services or parts on us. He worked on our unit for 4hrs w/o a break.
