Jaime was very prompt in coming out to our house. He was VERY professional, knowledgable, kind, and understanding of our circumstances. He finished in a timely manner and explained what he was doing every step of the way. We would definitely recommend Jaime to anyone needing air conditioning services!

Their tech, Jaime, came out after 9 last night and was fantastic. He determined quickly what the problem was and had the part on his truck to get us up and running. The same part had failed on four other calls he had yesterday. He was efficient and knowledgeable and is a deserving representative of Service First. He exemplified the company name for me perfectly.

I have had the pleasure of dealing with Service First on more than one occasion. They are a great company that has rushed out to help when the A/C went out on a hot day. They take very good card of their customers, and it is great to support a locally owned business.

Very professional service, arrived early and was very thorough. Omar was extremely helpful and courteous, and was willing to explain anything I asked him about my A/C problem. I did think their quote for a part and labor was high, but it may be in line with everyone else. Good company!

You call, they answer, they are on time, they repair or replace. Fair pricing, technicians take the time to explain, pleasant and personable, honest. Owner oversees and takes responsibility and ownership of his business. Techs are neat and clean behind themselves. Work until the job is complete and done right! Quality that needs to be shared with other industries......very happy and have saved money by choosing the right system.

The techician I had was Omar. He did an outstanding job. I called this morning with difficulties with my AC unit and was told someone would be by to help between 2-4 later this afternoon. Omar arrived as scheduled and quickly figured out my difficulty with the AC unit. He stayed until it completely thawed and then fised. I had a cool house before he left. Service First Air Conditioning & Heating is definitely the place to call to get your home serviced. They are dependable, affordable, and just an all around company you can trust when your down and out on your air conditioning or heating units. A good technician you can count on is Jaime.
