Michael Sides is the bomb dot com. He was very personable and great at making conversation without making me feel uncomfortable or like he was "upselling." After we talked about the different options I was interested in, he selected a few vehicles that met my criteria and let me take them for a spin. Bought 4 vehicles from this place. Treated like a criminal by manager, service dept, and even the secretary that answers the phone. "Camel's Back" was when I purchased a new vehicle at full price...discovered the spare tire was missing...and they refused to replace it. Most recently took my Highlander to have tailgate motor repaired. They said nothing was wrong with it (after 2 days of no car). I ordered the motor and fixed it myself.
