My sister and I went to an appointment to look at a specific used car. The morning of the scheduled appointment my nephew confirmed with sales lady that the car was on the lot. Upon arrival we were informed that the car was now in Decatur. But they had another car (unacceptable color) with the same model and specifications. I scheduled an appointment for a rear end rebuild for my mom's 2014 Tundra. My mom and sister dropped off the truck. Service writer Tom told me I had to pay for the parts upfront which was about $2500, so of course I paid. Tom calls and says the techs and he couldn't find the wheel lock key. I called mom, she says it's in the driver's door pocket. Called Tom back and while on the phone, Tom and his techs confirmed that the key was not there or anywhere else in the truck. Was trying to purchase a used car, well they up the price a little over $******* dollars on me and lowered my credit rating. Needless to say I wasn't able to get the used car. Really don't think there fair.
Very knowledgeable, very helpful, and sweet (Aubrey Whitt). He helped me choose the right car that fit my needs. I definitely recommend him if anyone needs or want a car.
