Hello BBB, I have purchased a brand-new vehicle (2021) from Serra Toyota last December 2021 and when I was driving home to Montgomery, I realized the vehicle had mechanical issues and some of the options that I was promised were not given and, there was a discrepancy in the price that I have noticed in the bill of sale. I purchased a 2017 Nissan Rogue from Serra Toyota on 9/16/21 and the transmission went out the next day 9/17/21. The vehicle had to be towed back to the dealership and I was told not to worry it was under warranty. I asked my salesman Armadough S** to utilize any of Serra's contractual clauses to remove me from the contract but nothing was done on my behalf. On 10/28/21 I'm now being told that the problem was preexisting and the warranty will not cover the transmission repair. I'm really at a lost for words and I don't know ... read more
Highly recommend Trevor with Serra Toyota! After speaking with several dealerships across Alabama, Georgia and Tennessee- Trevor was so eager and helpful in finding exactly what I wanted. After our initial conversation, I knew I had found the right person. He got me all my “wants,” while still managing to stay within my budget.
