I really enjoy how they took care of me in a speedily time . The nurse who took care of me in cav lab was awesome . Very pleasant and kind to me and my sister . My doctor dr. Ridley excellent everytime ! My short stay was awesome and speedy I like that everything went s plan .

I was visiting from NJ and my daughter had a bad fall down a flight of stairs at the hotel we were staying. As we entered the ER we were greeted by a nurse and taken care of in about 20 mins. The whole staff from triage registration and the PA amazing hospitality and concern. Every emergency room should have staff like this because when you are sick injured etc compassion and great care is needed. Thank you Sentara Careplex for the great care given to my daughter.

Having surgery is never fun, but everyone at Sentara CarePlex was supportive and caring. From the preadmission calls, to the nurses and staff on the surgical ward, I was always treated with kindness and respect. I couldn't have asked for a better team of professionals making sure that the surgical process was as "painless"as possible.

Dr. Kanter is great. Had a small outpatient procedure and he called me that night to check on me.

Awesome friendly, kind and most professional employees was definitely my experience, from registration to actually having my procedure! It left me feeling more than just satisfied! The total packaged team gets a thumbs up A+++ rating by me. I especially am so pleased with Dr Vandurkpoi, Nikki and Melissa B, made my time there stress free!!!
