The ER absolutely sucks, not enough time to write my displeasure about the place.
This is the place people go to die. The staff has time to socialize with patients in the waiting room of the ER, but no time to do their job. I waited for three hours in pain with a very swollen knee, while they took care of people with colds! Who came in after me!! When I finally got back there, I got a hurried X-ray and a rushed exam and sent home with a little ace bandage. There's no excuse for the way I was treated here. None.

This waiting room in the ER is full. Guess remodeling is more important than patient care, unless you ride for $600. Shortness of breathe doesn't warrant immediate care.
Never going to Hampton sentara going to Newport always have to wait over 1 just to get checked in! Every time I go its the worst wait ever. No matter how much pain you in!
Everyone was very friendly ! The staff was very attentive and explained each procedure. I was satisfied with my patient care .
