The service was great, the doctor was good as hell and actually genuinely cared. My two nurses Alyssa and Carmin we're great. They served me hand and foot and made sure I was as comfortable as can be in a hospital...lol...overall, they made the visit easier to deal with...
I have never felt so unimportant and ignored in my life. Been sitting in this waiting room for over an hour watching people get called back who came in after me.
Took my Grandfather there and sat in the ER waiting room going on over 6 hours. Staff are pros at giving you bs stories. Never again. They don't inform patients of anything and leave them in the dark. We left.
This was the most unsanitary hospital I've ever been to. Housekeeping didn't clean the bathroom and left the previous patients urine and feces in the portal toilet. A woman taking my blood dropped one of the containers on the floor and picked up and used it anyway. Then on top of that she used the ice in my cup that I used fro drinking ginger ale to keep my blood cool. This was very unacceptable. I would never go to this hospital again.
Ive been here since 330. It is now 832. People have been here long than me. Ive never experienced such horrible service and wait. This is crazy. Something needs to happen with this.
I was there with my sister. She getting surgery in the orthopedic outpatient dept. The service was good. Everyone that I felt with was nice and professional.
Yes I hated it that was one male nurse that was very polite that like to have no concern for the sick they were just there for a paycheck
The nurses and admin staff in ED Were great! The Doctor was an Absolute IDIOT, was sent home, only to return 1hour later with worse symptoms than before, and were summarily Dismissed by The Attending Dr. 2 days later went to another hospital for the same symptoms and was admitted with abnormal EGK, & possible stroke. Which the dr. At Careplex said would "Resolve itself" ... I'll NEVER GO BACK there, even if Ive lost a limb and am bleeding out!
