We came here from Chester Pennsylvania to visit my brother in law and the staff were good clean hospital clean room it's a beautiful hospital and the scenery around it is nice

Will never use sentara for any healthcare needs whatsoever after being abused by your billing department.
Check in was great, so was registration. Waited over 30 minutes for my test. Then blew up two veins before actually able to start the IV. Wasn't pleasant by any stretch of the imagination.
As a Member of the clergy I have found this to Hospital staff to be very courteous and patient with those members of my congregation that have need Care. May God bless this facility as it continues to serve Hampton Roads and the surrounding area.
