A week after getting my labs done.... nailed it!!!
The ER nurse a dark skin shorty one (not trying to be racist, I don’t know the name) is very rude and have a nasty attitude, she should be working with snakes because they can get a long very well. She was in this morning shift.
I was at this hospital for a heart procedure and found the care to be seriously unprofessional and dangerous. I could give a long list of serious failures but I will mention just one. After the procedure I was sent to my room at 3:30 PM. I was supposed to be connected to a heart monitor as soon as I came into the room. They finally brought the monitor and connected it at 4:30 AM. I was not monitored for 13 hours. I could have died and they would not have known! Several other SERIOUS errors occurred.
The place is a petting zoo, from the time my mother was in the emergency room to her discharge I had approximately four employees put their hands on my person, when I asked a doctor Ms. Gwendolyn Williams not to do so in a very calm and professional manner she had the audacity to step out the room call a nurse in and say get this "SHE" was uncomfortable, and needed her presence in the room. I only go here because it's close to my home. However my visit on 1/30/18 Was unfortunate . My son had a fever and we didn't get into a room until close to 3 hours later. Ridiculous. I guess adults with simple colds are more important than a 2 year old with a fever. Great. Oh and to the asshole doctor, I wish I remembered your name. Talking to me like I'm stupid. A great church member, a pillar of our church recently passed because the irresponsible doctors and nurses in this hospital. She went Friday night for a chest pain and end it up sent home, well that patient they sent home passed away the next day... I rather not continue because I respect her memory... But authorities should pay attention to that hospital.
