Have spend a lot of time here. Mom had cancer diagnosis here and treatment. Dad just had back surgery. Always been very good to us. Great hospital and great people.
For a hospital, its earned 5 stars from me! From the care, to the nurses that seem as tho they actually care about their job, making a difference.. Was inpatient for 5 days with ankle surgery, the food was much better than "hospital food" normally is..the chef and asst chef actually were on the floor I was on asking questions of what kinds of food, what could be better.. The actual menu was a first for me.. Well done Sentara Carrplex!
The staff was so loving and compassionate. I talked the whole time before and after surgery. My daughter said, "She is still talking". I thank God for a successful surgery and for all of your prayers. God is good!! Always Love
