I am a remicade patient every 6 weeks in the infusion center and I just adore those great ladies ♡ I was transported from the ER in PW to Careplex for surgery yesterday and everyone was so kind and beyond attentive to my needs
So of the nerses need to get bed side manners just because someone is sick and can't move that don't mean they want to lay in there pee or not have a sponge bath. Also they need to learn to change the trash can more then once in 3 days! Although most are like that there was one lady that was nice and with putting the bed pan under my family member with out making her in pain! Being away from the family at Christmas was hard. The service and care I am receiving is excellent!
Staff was very friendly at Same day surgery!!! My husdabnd and dad both had surgery at same day and the nurses were awesome!
Staff is fine...but waiting in the ER for over an hour just to be seen is ridiculous.
The woman that checked me in at the registration desk at 0630 was AWESOME!!! She had a great energy for that early and such a cold morning. I would have given the hospital and excellent if the technician didn't stick me THREE times to start the IV. Can you please think about expanding the women's bathroom in that area? With one bathroom even at that time of the day woman were pulling on the door while in use. The area was spotless. My first time being seen there. Thank you.
Friendly, kind and patient staff, we just love Ms. Terri she was awesome on 12/13/16 @ 7:30am!
