First I went to Patient First by BP was so high so they called Care Plex and told them I was on my way. I got to the Care Plex at 1:30 pm I didn't get into a room until 5:30 when my BP was 225/158. So no I didn't have a good experience with this hospital.

Mom my was admitted through the ER her nurse Bobby or Robby was fantastic! My only issue was keeping her in the ER for almost 12 hours

I was in and out in less than an hour!! The doctor and nurse were very nice and they didn't try to run a bunch of tests that were not needed. This is my go to hospital when I really need treatment.

The staff treated me like I was a family member to them very caring and the bedside manner was awesome

Came in for an ER visit for a kidney stone. 2 IV, bags, some painkillers, and an MRI later after insurance they say I owe $7.2k. I have no way to pay it off at the rates they are asking me, and I don't qualify for financial assistance. While the people who saw me were kind, after my experience I'm convinced this place is just here to suck people dry. The registration process here is the worst. None of my paperwork is correct and I will be late for my appointments. It is as if these reps just got these jobs this morning.
