The staff was mostly courteous and helpful and the lounge area was nice to relax in for waiting.
My son had an unusual reaction coming out of surgery on his knee and ended up in the ICU. The staff there was great and very open in regards to what happened and what progress needs to happen. The next day he became better and discharged the following day. Wonderful staff!
Confused and not very helpful at knowing parts of their own business
The service was slow. I waited in the waiting room with my grandmother for 3 hours. She had shortness of breath. Finally after complaining patient advocate came down and talk with us and we were finally put in a room. The waiting room was packed. People were just sitting in wheelchairs I've never seen anything like it. I would never go back to Sentara CarePlex.
Went to be seen never was called back after 3 hours so patient advocate came out asked questions she went to see what taking so long she said your next nope didn't happen. They had a lady having a stroke made her sit right there until she was actually called. Sad sad sad.
