THEY TAKE FOREVER!!!!! They had my vehicle for a month, first thing is a bracket broke when they were doing work which I understand, things happen. Then they received the wrong seal and had to wait to receive a new one. Finally, one of the technicians was sick for two weeks, which I understand too people get ill, but during this time no one thought to call me once. We did all the research on new SUV'S and decided that the Ford Explorer was the vehicle we liked the most and met our needs. We went to Seekins and actually saw the exact model with the upgrades we wanted on the lot, yet we still looked online at Ford dealers in Anchorage as well as in Virginia where we will be moving soon.
