Seekins has been my dealership for many years. Sheltering at home meant no contact. Using their website, I chose the car I wanted, called Ken Peterson, my salesman, who made all the arrangements and handled the paperwork. I signed the papers and drove my car home. So easy to work with them. Thanks for your great service.

Truck went in for warranty. Seekins had it 3 weeks. In that time it was backed into. Seekins body shop repaired it. The part is on back order so repair is not finished. When i picked up the truck which was in their possession for 3 weeks was missing the lightbar from from bumper. The stance they took was it was not their fault and i should file an insurance claim. I had that lightbar for over a year with no problems. So i no longer feel safe having work sone at seekins since they promote theft and robbery. 0/10

Very happy with my 2016 Explorer until the power steering went out at -20 and it had to be towed in. Found out that electronic steering problems with Ford cars are a common issue. My car only has 30K miles. Not good to have a car in Fairbanks Alaska that commonly has power steering problems, especially in the cold... After it was towed in, I was told 3-5 days for parts and estimate of Friday pick up. On Friday I was told Monday. On Monday I was told by the end of the week. I have been doing business with them for close to 30 years. They have the worse customer service I have ever experienced. Bill the parts guy is the only one worth a dime.

David J and Ken P were AMAZING sales guys!! They responded to phone calls emails and texts asap ! Always was on top Of things and always informed us of what the status was when we ordered our car thru Seekins ! There was a couple things that needed to be done to my car and they gave me a rental home and make sure I was happy with everything !! Steve in finance was AMAZING too! He is very knowledgeable about everything that Ford has to offer and got us the best deal around with financing !

Just bought a 2019 Ford Ranger XLT today. Hands down the best dealership I have ever dealt with. David was helpful and real easy to work with. in and out in a few hours. Don't go to the other guys in town, Seekins is the best option.
