RecommendedTook my 2018 F150 in for a scheduled appointment to have recall work accomplished. Normally they do a great job. They had my truck for three days and I never received a call. On the third day I called and they said, “It was ready.” I got there to pick it up after they had it for three days and they only completed one of the recalls. I've taken my vehicle twice and it didnt get fixed. Waiting for a call back to bring it in a 3rd time. Feels like they are just throwing parts at it and charging me even though they haven't fixed it. Good luck on getting someone to answer the phone when calling. I've had good experience with the sales team when I bought my truck. Just bad experience for repairs.

Just bought a Ford Fusion from Seekins. The customer service is wonderful. Went to several different dealerships and by far Seekins was the best for me.
I drove in picked out a truck, they ordered it, arrived and was just what I wanted. It’s the second F-250 we have bought from them, the first has 380,000 and works most every day ! A good place , honest place to do business with

Despite a fantastic sales team and a quality American made product, I encourage you to look at another dealership. The service department at Seekins is so bad that I will not buy another vehicle that had to be serviced by them. If you want support for the life of your vehicle, go somewhere else.
