I'm in the military and new to Fairbanks. I brought my wife's car in to swap to new winter tires and have another $700 worth of winterization done to the car. When I picked the car up, I drove down the road and immediately knew something was wrong. I told the manager that it felt like a wheel was loose. He pulled it in the shop and the right front wheel was about to come off. He had the tech tighten the wheel and we went for another drive. Body Work was absolutely perfect. They gave me a lifetime warranty as long as I own this vehicle. Ford Motor Company on the other hand was disappointing to say the least. I bought the vehicle new. An obvious production problem caused the paint on just the hood of my 2015 Explorer to blister. I’ve owned Fords since 1969 and never had an issue like this. So I paid for the repaint job. And Seekins once again proved their professionalism!!!

I bought a used Ford truck from a friend then went over to Seekins and bought an aftermarket Ford Premium Care Warranty and I could not have been happier. After I had the truck 4 years and it had almost 100k miles on it I ended up with a head gasket leak. While it was in for that they found a few other issues that were all warranty covered. Overall was over $20k in repairs and all I had to pay was the $100 deductible. Seekins service department was awesome and made sure I had a loaner truck the whole time. Thank you!

Salesman (when I purchased the vehicle) was incredibly easy to deal with. Very personable and intelligent, no pressure whatsoever. No incessant phone calls or other forms of contact, just genuinely trying to sell the product. Recalls have been dealt with in a timely manner, as with other types of service. When dealing with some fluke incidents, I drove into the dealership for repairs. James took care of me immediately and knew exactly what to do.
