We brought our vehicle into Seekins' Service shop for an air bag recall, thought it was going to be my first positive experience *EVER* with Seekins Service shop. Got home and our driver's side door handle is no longer functioning. I called Seekins Service shop immediately and let them know about the interior door handle no longer functioning and they basically call me a liar. They keep deleting comments that reflect truth about their service! They want there ratings to be high so the unknowing will keep going to them, delete the poor comments and only keep the good! This is an example of the true service you get from this business!

False sales information and poor customer service and being treated unequally. Before we purchased the vehicle from them, they said the vehicle has no issue and passed inspection. The vehicle is pre-own certified. After we bought it, we have nothing but problems. Obviously they were giving us false information when they was selling the vehicle to us.
