We walked in to the only employee there laying on a couch with her cellphone. She didn't greet us nor anyone that walked in after us. She did manage to move from the couch to the desk but stayed on her cellphone the entire time. When I approached her to ask her about a sectional she was rude and made it very clear that I was inconveniencing her. The place also looked dirty, we left asap and took our business elsewhere!
Went to American Fright out midnight road I was excited to find both my pieces of appliances that I been looking for a month. Got everything set up and was promised to have a delivery on the 8-28 I was called and told My delivery would change to 9-5. Which I ok’d nothing I could really do. Today 9-5 been a disaster. I was told I would get my delivery between 11am-1pm, I was called at 1130 for them to say (them is the store out on midnight road) we have to change the delivery to Sunday. We have never had a worse experience with any retailer. Avoid at all costs. We purchased a living room set more than two months ago and were told delivery within 3-6 weeks. In that time frame no one could give me an update to plan on a delivery date and I was told to wait. After 6 weeks, I call and no one knows has any idea what is going on. "We don't know where our trucks are". They have said three times they would send emails for a status, but I never hear back from anyone including the store manager John. I can understand... read more
Good luck ever getting your appliances. Weve been waiting since August 18th for our fridge. They've rescheduled delivery 4 times. My fiance called the finance company today and they told him American freight canceled the account (after taking out 50 for down payment and 1st month) We were supposed to get it tomorrow and they just called and told him the fridge we were supposed to get delivered tomorrow, they sold off the floor. I have a huge shout out to Lindsey Barnes & her manager, Mike for demonstrating the motion based king size bed! It is awesome. I slept innit last night & again for a nap a short while ago& it is wonderful. Sleeps comfortable helps with several of my small ailments, such as restless leg, acid reflux, sleep apnea. Thank you, thank you, thank you! You guys are swesome & very helpful.
stopped in newark de location. we were waited on by Andrew. bought a love seat, dresser and nightstand. Andrew was very knowledgeable and helpful. pick up and loading in back dock took less than 10 minutes. great service
We got totally screwed by The Furniture Factory Liquidators on a loveseat and recliner, called here and spoke to Tony, he couldn’t believe what we went thru and was genuinely ready to help. 3 hours later we were home with a loveseat, sofa, and a 5 year warranty for under the price of the other location. Hands down will not go anywhere else for furniture. The only issue we had was they gave us the wrong sofa so we had to bring it back but it was a human error and our day was already cursed so no problem! Very very happy with ... read more
