I wish I would have read these reviews earlier to avoid having a similar experience. We purchased a new, out of carton refrigerator and had called the store to verify there were no marks on it. 2.5 weeks later (and a few days after it was expected to arrive) we received our fridge with marks on it. To Top it off, we paid for the delivery and install which was a waste and has left us having to pay someone else to actually install it. I placed my order for multiple pieces of furniture and TODAY on my delivery date no one is answering the phone and no one has called to tell me when my order will be delivered. I loved the Greenwood location. They were extremely professional but the Merrillville store is not being professional at all. Somebody needs to tell me something because I’m not paying for furniture I do not have.

My floor was scratched when they removed the old fridge. My 78 year old mother met them for the delivery. I called the store the same day, when I got home from work, and again the next day, and never received a call back. Finally called the 800 number and got the store manager who said the paperwork was signed so he couldn’t do anything, would have to check with someone higher up. He would not provide me with that persons contact information. I’m supposed to get a call back in 24-48 hours. $1000 is a very large purchase to m... read more
