I went to AMERICAN FREIGHT on the 07/08/20 to this outlet and bought a refrigerator thinking was gonna be SEARS but to my amazement I was looking and one associated tells if I was ready and ends up just leaving ,oh well no big deal couldn't answer a lot of my questions and wasn't willing help find what I was looking for and thought I had bought a refrigerator with no hot water because he know , he it didn't have hot water,,well to amazement when I got i realized it did have water ,but thats not so the problem , they delivere... read more

So I bought a fridge from American Freight at the Cheryl Dr. Ross (Pittsburgh) location over a month ago... Delivery was 3 weeks out (even though they still advertise same day delivery) making my delivery date 8/3, well they did not deliver it.... So I called and they told me it will be delivered 8/5, well they did not deliver it, no call, nothing... So I called and they offered to refund my delivery fee +100 and they will deliver it Monday 8/10 and I should receive a call Sunday after 6. They did not call, so I did to be to... read more

The man guarding the front door was rude and turned people away without a mask, but then immediately pulled his off to talk to a group of co workers. I have bought at this location in the past, but will now happily take my business elsewhere. A mask mandate is unlawful and unconstitutional and businesses should not be enforcing it. Even Walmart and dollar stores will not enforce this "mandate." No sheep here. They have a lot of low quality cheap products anyways.
