We purchased online. When we came to pick up our sofa the manager was very unprofessional and said "we don't have your item here, the online store sucks and doesn't accurately show what we have. You can ask for a refund though. It will take 24 to 72 hours...... Seriously what a joke. Horrible experience. Never buy from this place.

Worst furniture buying experience we have ever had. Long wait for the furniture, no calls to let us know when item were in, damaged pieces twice, then they said it would be delivered and it wasn't. I ended up picking it up myself, and having to put it together only to find out they gave us the wrong color and parts of it are damaged. The customer service sucks and we will NEVER shop here again
