Ordered a GE smart washer and it was delivered broken. Called the same day and spoke to Roland. I was told I could exchange if they had the same model but turns out they do not. I was then told I could do a return. Called the next day to schedule the return...1st call no answer. 2nd call left on hold for 20 minutes. 3rd call encountered Roland the store manager who offered no help and was very rude.
