Great serivce
This place is a total scam. The store manager at store #04001 refused to return my money for defective merchandise and I was within my 30 days. I will never go back. PLEASE AVOID AT ALL COSTS.

I just want to clear up some issues people might be having about the lease program I have done 2 leases in a year with Andrea and she explained things very clearly to me and it is a very good program. She explains that the interest is very low as long as you pay it off within 90 days but they will give you up to 10 months and of course the interest goes up.It is no credit required and has built my credit up since I've done this. I am very happy with this and especially with the stores sales Associates!
andrea sold us a fridge around February and we thought it was an amazing deal and agreed that we would put a large down payment and finance the remaining $200 from sears and pay it off in a few months however she didn't disclose and went behind our backs and sold it to a leasing company so we would have to lease the fridge when we wanted to buy the fridge outright. so now we will pay an additional $600 because we weren't even told we would be leasing and the interest was crazy and conveniently after 30 days there is nothing ... read more
