WOW! I always buy appliances from Sears and went to the outlet store because the Independence Mall location is closing. WOW! The help I received from Jim was GREAT! He got me set up in a new Samsung Dryer to replace the one that just went out on me. The price I paid was well below what other retailers were selling for. This machine had a couple of cosmetic blems due to shipping, but otherwise was a brand new machine. I highly recommend you ask Jim to help you in appliances. I went and bought a washer service was excellent a lady named Lindsey was polite professional friendly helped so much couldn't decide on a brand thank you would definitely recommend everyone to go there
Went with my mom to look at a new fridge. Lindsey was just amazing she helped us every step of the way walked us down to where the fridges are in the store. She even made sure that the doors where in really good working order and made sure they where lining up right. Then she even made sure she was the one to checks us out and made sure that we everything we needed before we left. Lindsey is amazing, I would send anyone needing anything Her way she’s great.

Last weekend my old washer quit and so my husband and I drove to Sears on Front St. to look. We found one that we wanted, but they did not have one in a box. Jim, the salesman was extremely courteous and helpful and called the store in Shawnee Mission and got us our washer. Thank you so much Jim! I highly recommend Sears Outlet Store on From St And Jim.

Unfortunately my fridge I bought 2 years ago had a bowed cabinet, but thankfully the warranty covered it. I was given a credit and decided to come back here. I worked with LaTonya she was very helpful and really professional. She was busy, but I didn't mind it gave me a chance to look over all of my options. She helped me complete my choice with some good advice. She was so friendly to me and everyone I heard her work with. I will be back again next time I need to purchase another appliance.
