She had lots of knowledge and made sure that we had time to look at everything. Andrea even hooked up the fridge we wanted to make sure it had no issues. My wife and I just bought our first home and haven't even moved in yet. We purchased a refrigerator, washer and dryer from them, we had our refrigerator delivered and installed by Sears on Friday the 26th. When we came to officially move in on Sunday the 28th and found a massive amount of water damage coming from a leaking waterline on the refrigerator. Our brand new hardwood floors, and finished basement is now in ruins. My wife and I are in distraught about a dream home being in shambles. What should we do?

I wanted to purchase a gas range online and have a friend pick up...called the store to find out if that was possible prior to purchasing. The lady that answered the phone stated that when purchasing something online the manager has to approve the order after it’s placed and if declined it would take 10 days to get your money back! Got a washer, dryer and refrigerator at a really good price. Warren helped me and was great. He went over and above to make sure I got what I needed for the lowest price.
Thanks Jim for all your help on Friday, 6/28/19. We had looked at Home Depot and Lowe's for a refrigerator, and was very disappointed with the selection and prices. The Sears Outlet had a very large selection of refrigerators to choose from and the prices were reasonable. Not only did Jim help us with the sale, he also gave us a name of someone who might be able to delivery the refrigerator as soon as the next day. I had some of the best customer service ever from Jim. He was very helpful, knowledgeable, and made the entire experience really great. I would definitely recommend this store for anyone looking for appliances. They have some really great prices and selection.
