After our fridge quit we went to Sears outlet to find a good deal. We were approached by Andrea who was Amazing. She helped us find a great fridge that we were able to leave with that day. My wife and I are are very picky Andrea went out of her way to make sure we got exactly what we wanted,for much less than any box store. My husband and I were in need of a fridge after ours quit. After arriving at the sears outlet store Andrea was quick to help us. We found the perfect one but it had a bit of handle damage. The employees changed them out for us with no problems. Andrea was very knowledgeable and super helpful to work with us and give us a GREAT deal! Overall we are very happy with our purchase and will return for our future appliance needs.
Great experience with Andrea today for our kids refrigerator. They even caught bad door before we left.

My family and I recently visited the outlet store and purchased a washer and stove. The very nice sales lady Andrea was beyond helpful and enlightened us to the wonderful and incomparable service plan Sears offers.
