I purchase a mattress(1100$) and tried to return for comfort reason and was unable too. I called the store and no answer the phone kept going to a fast busy the mattress was delivered on Wednesday I started calling at 10am Friday morning then went to the store the manager was not helpful. Said was to late if he had answer the phone it would not have been to late. Sears had a 30day comfort rule for returns when you I get the same great service you should mean it. Now you no returns for that kind of money.
We were advised to give them 2 weeks til our furniture would be in after we paid for it outright. Then told 4 weeks. Here we are at 4 weeks and told we still don’t have a date. No rhyme or reason. Why sell is furniture you can’t provide.
Do not do businesses with this shady company. Terrible customer service - hang up on you, place you on hold, do not call back. Dishonest about delivery time. Be ware!

I got an alex 7 pcs dining set because the display set was counter height. I ordered it a d received a regular ser. I went to the store with pics of the difference and the manager told me to contact the manufacturer to sort it out. there is no contact for them. he was not helpful. now I dont know what to do and I have a huge box in my dining area. We bought our washer and dryer set here, and we are extremely pleased with them. Much better than going to a big box store and dealing with crowds, also most of the employees have been working there forever and actually know their products.
My furniture was supposed to have been delivered last month , still NO DELIVERY!!! Everytime we try to call NO ANSWER!!! Highly unprofessional we don’t even want the furniture anymore. Worst place to try to get furniture from.
The customer service is terrible. I placed an order July 3rd for a sectional couch. My order was supposed to be delivered August 24th but it never came and no one has contacted me on the details of when I will receive my furniture. It's been a month since I've called to even tried to set up a delivery date and haven't been able to reach anyone. The delivery drivers in Knoxville tn are the worst I have ever encountered. Even threatened to run over me w the truck if I didn’t get out of the way While I was on the phone w American freight! It’s a sad sad coupla guys: very immature and unprofessional. Surprised they can hold a job at all. Must be all brawn. l black
