We stopped in today to look at refrigerator. We were overwhelmed with all the different options when an employee named Mary greeted us and asked if we needed any help. She showed us a few suggestions and advised us what to stay away from. She was welcoming and knowledgable about the products being sold. My daughter got fussy halfway through the visit and she offered to warm up some water in the staff lounge so we could make her a bottle. I have been to this location several times and each time I have been offered exceptional service by DAN. I look for him each time I walk into the store. Last night was no different. I was looking to purchase a new stove and Dan did not try to sell me the most expensive stove on the floor he sold me the stove that best fit my needs and I appreciated him for his honesty, as a result I also purchased a new dishwasher.😁

Got treated with an attitude when I ask to speak to the gentleman who called me about my order. Immediately called customer service and requested a refund. I don’t buy from people who are rude to me for no reason at all.
