John J. Gave us the quality service of someone who loves their job and loves helping people. He was professional, extremely friendly and efficient. Our experience was so well that we thought he was a supervisor or manager at the store. We didn't think shopping for a mattress would be so enjoyable! Thank you John for going above and beyond and keep up the amazing work!

Just shopped with Chip in the Newark store. Fantastic service. The best attitude, answered every single question and never got tired. We worked him to the bones and he never stopped smiling. Thank you so much Chip, we really appreciate you going above and beyond to help us find the best products for our family at a great price too! :-)

Five star for service, but overall the store was totally understaffed. The staff that was there helped me tremendously. John J. and his co-workers Sharon were a great help to what I was looking for they could not have been better in finding what I needed. The store being so understaffed I think the management who is the blame for this should take a look if they are willing to please the customers. You need to keep the store staffed. Worst experience ever. My husband and I have purchased appliances from here before and decided to continue the tradition. However, things have changed. I went online first to get an idea of what I wanted, had 4 picked out, all showing "in stock" but of course none of them were there. Then again it might have helped if our salesman, Andrew, showed some interest in helping us. He was totally preoccupied with something else and was NO help at all. I was very unhappy. I suggest you find another store to buy your appliances.

Rating a 3 overall... I've definitely had a few problems, first with delivery and now finding out my warranty wasn't added correctly, however the selection was great and their employees were helpful and friendly. Speaking of customer service, I would give John J. 5 stars, if I could. He went beyond what I expected in trying to help me straighten out my warranty mix-up. I went to Sears outlet in Newark Delaware to look for a new gas range. I'm not quite ready to purchase at this time. I ran across one of their sales employees John Jurewicz. He was very courteous and knowledgeable as I had many questions regarding the different models. With his help I was able to narrow down to the model that best suits my needs. I plan to request John when im ready to make my purchase.

Worst customer service ever!!! Dishwasher labeled at one price, but comes up at different price in their computer. Good customer services is you give them the labeled price!!! Will find a new place to buy appliances!
