We had a great experience. We came to pick up our appliances that were paid for previously and somehow our stove top had gotten sold. They, without any hesitation, upgraded us to a better one free of charge. Very happy with our experience. We bought 5 lg items.
I didn't even end up buying anything. I was looking for an electric dryer and literally the same 3 cashiers were ringing the same 3 customers for 30 minutes. At no point did any of the cashiers recognize anyone standing in line. Meanwhile I see atleast 3 other employees walking around. When I was next, the cashier didn't even acknowledge me and helped a lady that was sitting down next to the register. Not happy with this store at all. First I was told I could not buy the chair that I picked out. As I am there witnessed another customer said he was returning his item that just came in. I was told my item would be there in 2 days. Called them 2 days later and was told sorry not in. Went back Friday after being hung up on numerous times, just to be told we don't get trucks over the weekend and we gaurentee it will be here Monday. This store has significantly declined. The store is disorganized. Not enough staff and poor management and customer service. Won't go back!
Bought a Kenmore washer and dryer combo unit (not even two weeks ago) and I am now having Sears repair out for the second time! The dryer was making a horrific noise, turns out, it was missing screws and wasn't rotating properly. NOW, the dryer doesn't heat and will not dry the clothes. Spent $1700 dollars for a unit that hasn't worked!!! This has truly been an AWFUL experience!
I want to thank Amy and Sharon from your store for their excellent customer service and help in purchasing a refrigerator last night over the phone. They both went above and beyond. I can only hope I am as happy with the fridge as I am with Amy and Sharon....update: the refrigerator came with a broken power cord. I've been told now after calling it's going to take at least 48 hours to get the power cord fixed.
I had the worst experience of my life with this company. Public service announcement; they tried to rip us off and are NOT affiliated with Sears!!! Went to Sears and got a better deal on a not dented product!
