Went to the Sears outlet store in Newark tonight to buy a couch. When we found out that the couch we wanted wasn't actually available to take home tonight, John J quickly ran to the back to see what they had in stock. He came back with a list of all of the couch inventory they had and we found our couch within a couple of minutes! John J was personable and efficient!
