Great service! Anthony Parham was very knowledgeable and patient as he answered several questions I had. Although there were people waiting for service, I did not feel rushed at all.
I recommend this store because they go the extra mile to make sure that you are completely satisfied and happy with your purchase. When the oven range was purchased, Dan Ventura made sure to request an experienced install team and recommended I pay for installation. When the installation team assigned had no experience with this special installation (down draft vent), and left the job, I had to hire a third party myself. The absoulte worse customer service ever. They will set up a delivery then reschedule without letting you know. They claim to contact you but don't and then lie about all contacts made.
