Everyone in the store was very helpful especially Takeisha. I was a looking to get information on a refrigerator. I didn't realize that there were so many things to consider when buying one. I have been buying appliance from Sears for years and I never received as much information as I received from my experience in this store. I wi definitely continue to shop at Sears.
We visited Sears Outlet Store today in search of a new electric range. Katie was a big help with not only the range, but also answering questions about refridgerators, which we will be going back to her for in the near future. Overall, it was an easy, pleasant, shopping experience! We are very pleased with our purchase, customer service, and overall experience at Sears! 5* for Katie!

My experience buying a dryer at the Sears Outlet store in Newark today was nothing short of exceptional. I had bought one that was too large to fit through my door. However, Miss Mary and Dave were as professional and courteous as possible, even waiving my original delivery fee, and made my exchange painless, and I even like the new dryer better! I stopped by the store today just to get a few things that customer Service was wonderful all the employees were very friendly and helpful. And a special thank you to Takeisha who went above and beyond to make sure I got everything that I needed
SEARS IN D.E..is the best of the best. The store is spotless, the service is great, by service I mean the clerks working on the floor are readily available. I go in that store often and not once did I have to wait when needing help, they actually come up and ask if they could be of service, and it's always with a smile and helpful attitude. The return policy is no problem, it doesn't matter for whatever reason something needs to be returned, they gladly refund your money or allow you to choose something else.
