THURSDAY MAY 28, 2020 11AM 0 stars! Just left the store. We initially asked for assistance we were told by their lead sales lady that it will be a little bit. We patiently waited. Another person who apparently isn't sales tried to help us but could not. She talked to her lead help (same lead sales lady by the register we asked for help from earlier). Just bought a new fridge and our sales person, Andrew, was very knowledgeable and stayed late to make sure we got the fridge we wanted. Closing was 8pm and we didn’t finish up to 830pm. Thanks for all your help! Definitely appreciated since this was our third trip trying to find the right fridge.

Sears Outlet Store makes buying a new appliance easy and painless! We bought our washer from them a couple years ago and love it, and just purchased a dryer from them this week. We worked with their assistant manager, Dan Ventura, both times, and he is knowledgeable and professional. We'll definitely go back for our future needs! Highly recommend.
