Horrible experience, waited almost a month to get our money back after multiple trips to the store just to be given the run around and told a bunch of b.s. The only reason our case was handled was because we took it upon ourselves to deal with corporate after being beyond frustrated and getting 0 help at the store by any employees/managers. Corporate informed us that the way the store dealt with our situation was absolutely wrong and it could've been handled immediately and not 3 1/2 weeks past the date our order was placed.... read more
Placed an order June 25th and order still says pending. Never received a call to confirm delivery. Called office and phone just rings no one ever picks up. If don’t receive a response by end of week I will cancel the order.
This store was AWESOME. I when to this store last Monday to buy a washer and dryer. They had exactly what I wanted and a great price. They have a sales lead in the store by the name of ANTHONY PARHAM!!!!!!!! If you need anything GO see this man. This guy was the MAN. We had a little problem with the system but this guy stuck with it. I'm talking about very professional, very PATIENT and did a GREAT job. If I need anymore appliances I'm going to see him. If you shop here don't work with Angie! She moved slow as molasses and scheduled my delivery a full week ahead of when I need it despite having confirmed it no less then 4 times. now I'm trying to call the store and after minutes of phone ringing I get disconnected each time. this has been a terrible experience
