Our experience with this store has been awful. No one seems to know what is going on and when you try and call the store the phone just rings and rings. Still waiting on our washer, that we were told would be ready for pickup in 3-7 days. We cannot even cancel the order because no one can be bothered to pick up the phone!!
I've been a Sears customer and card holder for almost 20yrs. Never had an issue. Relocated from MD to DE. Looking for a recliner and with the Saersoutlet great prices, we got two recliners. Yet ran into a few issues. After speaking with the unprofessional store manager Dave. I was prepared to cancel my order and contact corporate ASAP! Before heading to the store. Excellent! I came in to purchase a lawn mower and a weed whacker. The transaction was seamless and Mia and Mary really made me feel taken care of! Ewan was just as wonderful in helping to load my items into the car. I appreciate the assistance and will definitely refer my family to this location. 😁
Just bought a double oven, microwave, and cooktop here, they were incredible. Knowledgeable and did not rush or pressure me. I came in without my husband and they were helpful to answer his questions over the phone. Highly Recommend, ask for Andrew!

We went in for a dishwasher and came out with a washer, dryer, stove, and microwave as well. Anthony Parham was so patient and helpful and answered the many questions we had. He was a wealth of information and very personable. We can't wait to get our new appliances!
Anthony was a tremendous help us with looking for a freezer and his customer service was excellent!!!
